Sorry for the few day late release, but I have updated CensusPlus to be compatible with patch 4.0.1. You can download it here:

EDIT: Updated version listed:

As always, please report any issues you find!

First bug ;) May be a clash with another of my addons, will test shortly, but the button doesn't work. Left-click acts like right-click, brings up the menu all the time, can't use it to bring up the Censusplus window (typing /censusplus works for that though, so not gamebreaking, just inconvenient)
Balgair says:

Confirmed, does the same with no other addons enabled. Also:

Minor enough though, the basic functionality works and that's all I really care about :D

Thank you Rollie! <3

Couple of minor things in addition to Balgair's find... the button is also no longer movable.

And manual /who now fails unless one types the exact name of the character. And by fail I mean the census pauses and sends a message it has done so, but the non-complete name fails to be processed, at least visibly.

Addition: Manual /who error seems to have been a random glitch, now it works. :/ Sorry about false alarm. :(

Ok, will look into these today

Bug found:
When I click the icon on minimap, it only comes up with the Take/Pause, Stop, Cancel menu.. This used to come up when I right clicked, but now it's both Left and Right click..

I can only open the UI by using [b:55aa687cc8]/censusplus[/b:55aa687cc8] command..

Another bug:

When I do a manual [b:16106c33e2]/who gravity[/b:16106c33e2] (to see/census my guild), the pause-message pops up, but the who-window doesn't show..

C+ only running addon. Census is running, shift-cklicking on the playername in chat results in

However, this was primarily a quick fix to get it up and running, let's just hope Rollie fixed the other bugs soon(tm)

New version :

I am starting to think that the problems I have been having with manual /whos are not directly related to the addon... as they seem random. :( Sometimes partial name works, other times it doesn't. Otherwise, things look good, it even seems the current version shaved a little bit off from time needed as the "double whoing", which happened with the pre-patch version is gone. :D

A big thumbs up and five stars from me! :D Thank you Rollie!

Am I understanding that right? Is that dreadfully long pause you get when you do a manual /who gone? That was the reason I stopped using Census. That huge hang-time was just too annoying.

[quote:8d43ea968f="Rollie"]Hrm, I'll have to look into it again with a /who request that should pop the window[/quote:8d43ea968f]I can also see on the amount of people, that those people that match the manual /who (e.g. when I open the window myself while paused) are not included in the search.

E.g. my CP window claimed I had only censussed 3 level 55s on a specific server. Whoever [b:8d43ea968f]/who 55-55[/b:8d43ea968f] returned 7 people online, and the CP-window didn't update from this.

Hmm.. tested it, and the new version still cannot run quietly in the background. It still pops up the /who window...

For those who have problems with the /who popup while running a census, try the wholib version.

Just curious, but is there a new new version coming out with Worgren and Troll races as part of the Census count?
Rollie says:
November 28,2010 at 21:31
Worgen and Goblin you mean? There will be a version soon after Cata comes out that will have that functionality.
EpikPhailure says:
November 28,2010 at 22:52
Yeah, Goblins.... LMAO

Wait, you have been counting trolls this whole time too?
Ayashi says:

Asagi says:

Ok so for those of us running the census program while the DB is down are we picking up the Worgen & Goblins or not?
Rollie says:

If you are using the latest version, then yes you are =)
Asagi says:
December 19,2010 at 17:20
Yep I have latest version. I was just worried it wasn't because when you look at the options screen it doesn't show Worgen or Goblins.

ATM we're looking at a really stable test version --> http://www.warcraftrealms.com/censusmod/CensusPlus-40000-5.0.2.zip

Level 81-85 and Woggy/Gobbo is supported fully in that version.

Any possibility of getting such test releases uploaded to Curse as alpha?
Rollie says:
December 29,2010 at 18:5
Yep, figure it's been out there for testing long enough, time to update the rest of the sites!
